Dive ‘n’ Movie Night (Cape only)
Bring your family for an aquatic adventure at the HealthPoint Fitness Pool in Cape. (Dates will be announced) You can float around our pool and watch an aquatic themed movie, “Shark Tale,” on the big screen at the same time. Float tubes are limited in availability, so if you have one at home, we encourage you to bring it with you. Please remember, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Dolphins Swim Club (Cape only) - For ages 8-13
Keep your child in great swim shape or get them started in the sport of swimming with HealthPoint's Dolphin Swim Club.This non-competitive program lets children use a lane in the lap pool for fitness and conditioning. During the scheduled times, children are guided and motivated by a water safety instructor on deck. All children interested in swim club must pass a swim test prior to enrollment. Fee: $25 per month or $3 per class. The first day of class is FREE of charge. (included in Kids Monthly Fitness Pass)
Family Time (Cape only)
Your membership entitles you to spend a great family fun-filled day at HealthPoint Fitness. You may bring children under 13 years old to Family Times and participate in activities from playing basketball in the gym to swimming to playing ping-pong. Use of weight/cardio equipment is not allowed, and parents are asked to stay with their children at all times. No reservations are required Family Time Hours: Fridays from 6 to 8 PM, Saturdays from Noon to 4 PM. and Sundays 1 to 3 PM.
Fit Kids/Boot Camp -Ages 6-13
Ready, Set, Go! Boot camp drills combined with motivation and lots of energy make this class a great workout. $3.00 per class per child.
HealthPoint Fitness Power Club (Jackson only) -Ages 11 and up
Supervised Youth Weight Lifting Program for Sports and Fitness
A new weight training program geared toward the area's youth. No contracts required. Participants pay by the session and are always under the supervision of trained fitness professionals and strength coaches with nationally recognized certifications in personal training and strength and conditioning. Two to three sessions per week are highly recommended. Correct lifting technique will be taught and expected of all participants. Whether you're trying to get to the next level as an athlete or just trying to break the starting line up, this program is for you.
HealthPoint Learn to Swim Program (Cape only)
This program offers various swimming lessons and classes for babies, kids and adults. To find out more call aquatics lead Amy Schremp at 986-4468.
Kids Bee Fit - Ages 2-6
Children play musical games, dance and let off lots of steam. Parents can chill out in our café area or enjoy their own workout (fitness passes available for purchase for non-members). Kids get expert supervision and have fun! It’s a honey of a way to stay fit! Pre-registration is not required.

Fast paced 30 minute work out on the cycling bikes. Must fit bikes. $20 for 4-week session. Check calendar for times.
Kids' Klubhouse (Cape only)
Ages 6 weeks - 6 years
Our Kids' Klubhouse area provides quality, fitness and wellness-related activity for children six weeks through 6 years. Parents of children six weeks to one year or children not yet walking should call two hours in advance for reservations to ensure proper staffing. Klubhouse Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8 AM to 8 PM; Fridays: 8 AM to 6 PM; and Saturdays: 8 AM to 1 PM.

Youth/Pediatric Personal Training (Jackson only)
Personal training is not just for adults! Many children need to fine-tune their fitness levels to get their weight under control, increase their exercise level or get sport-specific training. School age kids can learn healthful eating practices and safe fitness activities that make getting in shape fun. Call 755-2301 for more information.
