Basic Yoga poses and pose breakdowns are covered in this class, designed for all ages and abilities.
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYFLOW™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
Easy Does it Yoga (Jackson only)
Simple yoga poses designed specifically for members 55 or over or others with special needs.
A workout designed to strengthen your core and lengthen and tone your muscles without adding bulk. A great addition to ANY workout regimen.
Yolates (Jackson only)
Classes are taught by instructors trained in YogaFit, a non-purist form of yoga specifically designed for the fitness industry. Combines the ancient Hatha Yoga practice with modern fitness movements and safety guidelines.
