What is CrossFit

CrossFit Journal: The Performance-Based Lifestyle Resource

Welcome to HealthPoint CrossFit. If you are new to CrossFit, we require that you complete our CrossFit Boot Camp  classes. These classes will expose you to all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit. If you have participated in CrossFit at another location, we do not require that you attend Boot Camp; you can start into the regular workouts (WODs).

After you’ve participated in Boot Camp (no charge for this program) and want to sign up for HealthPoint CrossFit, please fill out paperwork at the front desk. The fee for members is $35 per month ($90 for nonmembers). Depending on the day of the sign-up (a weekend, for example) , it may take a few days before we have you in the system.

Registration for CrossFit classes is done online. Once you join the program, we will contact you  with login information to access online scheduling. It is mandatory that you register for classes. Size is limited to ensure that all participants are receiving appropriate coaching.

CrossFit BOOT CAMP  -- Offered Mondays AND Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. and
Saturday, February 15 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Boot Camp times are offered based on sign-ups and are subject to change. Preregistration is required 12 hours in advance for all Boot Camp Classes by emailing Amy Sutherlin at asutherlin@sehealth.org. Saturday Boot Camp registration must be made by noon on Friday, February 14.

Sign up Process

To sign up for HealthPoint CrossFit, please stop by the front desk and fill out an enrollment form. You may cycle in and out of the program on a monthly basis, with 2-week notice to process cancellations. Once you have signed up, we will e-mail a password to you that allows you to register online for classes. If you have specific questions or concerns, please direct them to one of our CrossFit Level 1 certified trainers.

HealthPoint Members
HealthPoint members can sign up for CrossFit for a monthly fee of $35. This allows access for up to three classes each week. We believe that three CrossFit workouts per week, in addition to other activities you may be participating in at HealthPoint, will result in significant improvements in health and fitness without risk of overtraining.

Non-members
The fee for non-members is $90 per month.

Each day, the WOD (Workout of the Day) is different. We will post the WODs on our HealthPoint CrossFit Facebook page. This page is a closed group and is only open to our HealthPoint CrossFit members.
