At Southeast's corporate base is the Southeast Missouri Hospital Association, which consists of more than 830 community members. The Association elects the Board of Trustees that establishes the principles under which the Hospital operates. The Board, in cooperation with Hospital staff, plans for the development of services, equipment, facilities and staff.
