O.D. Niswonger
served as Southeast's Administrator between 1961
to 1991. This employee recognition program was
established in his name for his service and spirit.
The purpose of the program is twofold:
To inspire employees to be their best and to give
their best as Mr. Niswonger did in placing service
to others above self.
To recognize employees who demonstrate the character
and spirit of O.D. Niswonger which has become
the "Spirit of Southeast."
Employees can nominate any regular, full and part-time
employee who has been employed at Southeast at
least one complete year.
