Southeast Hospice: A Special Kind of Caring

A recent nationwide poll revealed that when given six months to live, nine out of 10 Americans surveyed would choose to be cared for and die at home.

Since 1986, Southeast Hospice has helped patients and families accept life's final transition with grace and peace - at home, surrounded by family and friends.
