Southeast Missouri Hospital is a frequent participant in community health fairs and special events. In addition, the Hospital sponsors screenings at area senior centers, pharmacies and other locations. |

American Heart Walk
The Regional Heart Center is the presenting sponsor for the American Heart Association Heart Walk, an annual event which attracts hundreds of participants. |

HeartSmart Screenings
Lipid profile, glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings are available through Southeast's Wellness Connection. Blood pressure screenings are free; other screenings carry a nominal fee. These screenings are available at the Hospital, HealthPoint Fitness in Jackson and at community and corporate sites in the region.
Throughout the year, the Hospital and the Regional Heart Center work with area schools to provide age-appropriate classroom programs on heart health. |
