Full time days

Support includes managing access to the President CEO by proactively maintaining and modifying President CEO's schedule and ensuring they are made aware of issues that need immediate attention; plans/arranges events and meetings. Organizes and prioritizes telephone calls from both internal and external sources. Provides administration support to the President CEO and Board of Trustees in a variety of capacities including preparation of agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for Board of Trustee meetings, as well as composing and preparation of other confidential and complex documents.

Work independently and provide supervision of other administrative support personnel in order to accomplish organizational goals; perform special projects as assigned by the President CEO; ability to interface well with all departments within the hospital and to represent the President CEO in a highly professional manner.

Providing pool safety.

Provide lifeguard services for members, family, and patients; provide safe, clean environment for those utilizing the pool.

Lifeguard must be 18 years of age or older; must also have current certification by American Red Cross in lifeguard training and CPR/AED for the professional rescuer, high school graduate or equivalent.

To process and analyze laboratory specimens and disseminate accurate laboratory data to health care providers.

Responsible for accurate analysis of biological fluids and human body tissues in all areas of the laboratory by the use of chemicals, reagents, complex instruments, and culture media. Coordinates work load, schedules employees, maintains quality control with continuous monitoring, orientates and trains new employees and students.

Bachelors Degree required; must have MT, or MLT, or ASCP or equivalent certification. Also have strong people skills.

Full time - Days/evenings & weekends

Conduct psychosocial and psychiatric social work assessments for inpatients and out patients.

Assist with pyschiatric assessments in ED and on unit, assist with patients discharge planning, assist with information regarding community resources, provide brief counseling.

Prefer MSW (Master in Social Work), graduate of an accredited school of social work.

Full time days with on call

Scrubbing for surgical procedures. It entails a thorough grasp of sterile technique to function in the sterile field passing sterile instruments, sutures and other supplies to the surgeon.

Works as a part of a surgical team in preparation and maintenance of the sterile field; works closely with circulating nurse and surgeon on passing sterile instruments and helping with surgical field exposures for heart team.

Graduate of surgical scrub technology school with 3-5 years operating room scrub experience and at least 1 year on open heart surgery scrub experience.

PRN Days

Carries out therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, and modalities as directed by physical therapist.

Licensed PTA, graduate of approved school. 3-5 years experience in Nuero and Ortho in outpatient setting. Aquatice and PED experience preferred.

Full time days (occasionally evenings)

To provide classroom and clinical instruction to students enrolled in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

Design, deliver, and evaluate instruction. Counsel and advise students, maintain current knowledge in medical laboratory science, and participate in college activities.

Holds minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree: preferable a Master's Degree; has no less than two years experience in professional discipline; MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent; holds discipline specific licensure and/or certification as appropriate; meets discipline program accreditation requirements as appropriate.

Part time days - .6 (48 hours bi-weekly)

Developing and executing the strategic and business plans to support the growth of the Southeast Missouri Hospital regional cancer program including development of the comprehensive cancer center and establishing strong related services at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

5-10 years in senior management roles in hospitals, physician practices or managed care organizations or business leadership with demonstrated success.

Masters Degree in business or health related field.

PRN (varies) must be flexible 

Provide community education related to health wellness. Must be knowledgeable in CPR, childrens programing, sibling and baby sitting.

Full time variable shifts 

The certified athletic trainer provides athletic training coverage to area high schools and performs the duties of fitness staff during hours at HealthPoint Fitness.

Works with area schools as a referral base for hospital physicians and services; cover other athletic programming as offered by HealthPoint Fitness & the Wellness Connection.

BS in Athletic Training, NATABOC certified, NATA member in good standing, and licensed in the state of Missouri.

Full time - days with on call

Work with CV surgeon scrubbing and harvesting vessels used for bypass.

Providing surgical field exposure, providing wound closure and assisting as needed.

Graduate of surgical scrub technology school with 3-5 years operating room scrub experience and at least 1 year on open heart surgery scrub experience.

Full time days

Provides care to inpatients on the intense care units, surgical, medical, psych and pediatric units as well as patients in the hospital’s Inpatient Rehab Unit.

Responsible for a patient assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, and implementation of occupational therapy treatment programs on the Inpatient Acute and Rehab Units.

Graduate of an accredited university with a bachelors or masters degree in occupational therapy; current licensure as an occupational therapist in the state of Missouri.

Accountable for providing strategic leadership and direction; ensuring high quality, cost effective care as well as have direct responsibility for the activities of the department. department involves all cardiovascular diagnostic studies )11fte), cardiac catheterization (21 FTES; 5 CATH labs) electrophysiology lab, chest pain center cycle ii with PCI accreditation, extensive collaboration with ER, ICU, CTU and surgery.

Bachelors or equivalent, masters preferred, registered in cardiovascular technology or a registered nurse with a current license in Missouri with experience in critical care and cardiovascular diagnostic, electrophysiology who has demonstrated leadership abilities.
