Girls Nursing Camp
Considering a career in nursing, but not sure? Want to see what “real” nurses do? Come experience nursing at Southeast Missouri’s Girls Nursing Camp! The 8th annual Girls Nursing Camp will be held June 13-17, 2010.
Shadow nurses in Obstetrics, the Emergency Dept. and Cardiac Cath Lab, observe procedures in the Operating Room, learn to take vital signs and participate in an ethic discussion. Guys Healthcare Professionals Camp
The fastest growing industry in the United States is Healthcare. Learn where you can fit into that future. Southeast Missouri Hospital’s Guys only Healthcare Professionals Camp will be held July 18-21, 2010.
Shadow nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, radiology technologists and find out about their careers. Observe in Surgery and the Emergency Department.
Learn to assess vital signs and explore organ donation. This camp will give you the opportunity to view Healthcare up close and assist you with those tough decisions regarding your future.
