Nursing Matters Newsleter
Nursing Matters is published four times a year with each issue sent directly to the homes of Southeast Missouri Hospital nurses. The Editorial Board collects and compiles information for each issue. We encourage you to submit your special interest stories, clinical experiences that have impacted your practice, and share your thoughts about the newsletter with any member of the editorial board. Nursing Matters is about you, the work you do, and sharing the nursing experience with one another.
Nursing Annual Report
To address future healthcare needs, Southeast offers programs for nursing students; a Transitions to Professional Practice Program for new nurses; and a strong orientation program for newly-employed nurses.
We have enhanced our loan study/work program; student externship program; and a residency program designed for new graduates, nurses in need of a refresher program and nurses who wish to work at Southeast when a position in their specialty is not immediately available.
