The 14th annual "Sounds of the Season" Christmas Concert
Under the direction of Mike Dumey, talented local artists performed holiday classics at Cape Bible Chapel on December 6, 2009. Proceeds from the concert will benefit the patients and programs of the Southeast Missouri Hospital Regional Cancer Center. Programs included "We Can Weekend," a weekend retreat where cancer patients and their families can escape from the emotional burdens of cancer, and the "Turning Point" program, a support group for breast cancer survivors. This year’s honorary chairperson was Janet Berry of Cape Girardeau.
