Shuttle
Visitors and patients are welcome to hop aboard our Hospitality Shuttle for a free lift between parking areas and the Hospital's main entrance. Shuttles run (weather permitting) weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 11:45 a.m. to 8 p.m. |

Food Service
Lacey's on the Hill is a smoke-free, full-service restaurant located above the Lobby at Southeast Missouri Hospital. This Sodexho Services restaurant is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. weekdays. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Full meal service is also available in the Cafeteria located on the ground floor. Access is available through Elevator C. A salad bar is available every day, along with hot selections, pizza and assorted sandwiches made to order. Cafeteria visitor hours are 6-9 a.m., 12:30 -1:30 p.m., 5-7:30 p.m. weekdays (5-7 p.m. on weekends) and 1:30-3:30 a.m.
ATM
Automated teller machines (ATM) are located on the first floor in the parking garage link near the Gift Shop.
Magazines and Books
Volunteers place donated magazines and books in waiting areas throughout the Hospital for visitors and patients to borrow while in the Hospital.
Newspapers
The Southeast Missourian is distributed to patients daily by Volunteers. The St. Louis Post Dispatch, USA Today and Southeast Missourian are available in vending machines on the first floor in the parking garage link near the Gift Shop.
Telephones
Someone may reach a patient in their room by calling the Hospital switchboard at 334-4822 and asking for a particular room number. No incoming calls will be put through to rooms between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. Pay phones are located throughout the hospital.
Chapel and Pastoral Care
Located on the first floor near the Surgical Waiting Room, the Chapel is open for meditation, prayer and worship 24 hours a day. The Hospital Chaplain and Pastoral Care Volunteers are available to bring you words of support and kindness and can help you contact your own minister. Call the Hospital operator to arrange for a visit from any of the Protestant or Catholic Chaplains.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Hospital in compliance with the Missouri Department of Health hospital licensing regulations and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. |
