Southeast's Heart Hospital ranks among the top 10 percent in the nation for cardiac surgery, according to the recently-released Tenth Annual HealthGrades Hospital Quality in America Study. In recognition of its ranking in the top 10 percent in the nation for cardiac surgery and 5-star rating in that specialty, the Heart Hospital is one of two Missouri hospitals to receive the HealthGrades Cardiac Surgery Excellence Award for 2008 (the other is Freeman Health System in Joplin). |
