and nurses on Southeast’s Chest Pain Center
team are specially trained to provide rapid evaluation.
The goal of Southeast’s Chest Pain Center
is to quickly determine if a patient needs immediate
interventional treatment, further evaluation or
can simply return home.
Staffed by a team of physicians and nurses experienced
in cardiac care, the Chest Pain Center works with
emergency technicians and consulting physicians
to monitor patients, perform rapid diagnostic
tests and lab work, and help relieve any pain
the patient is having.
