Southeast Home Health Services

Depending on your medical condition, the following services are available through home health:

Skilled Nursing: A Nurse will visit to assess your medical condition and the medicines you are taking and will provide the necessary care ordered by your physician. The nurse will also teach you or a family member/caregiver about your medicines and work with you to make you as independent as possible. A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Home Health Aids: Nursing Assistants will visit to provide personal care to you such as bathing and grooming in order to make you more comfortable and, when possible, assist you in regaining your independence in this area. A Registered Nurse assesses an infant enrolled in Southeast Home Health.
