| Southeast Missouri Hospital is
offering nursing students the opportunity to
participate
in a nurse Externship program. Qualified students may apply for either the 10-week summer Externship or the year-round program.
The 10-week rotations allow students to work
with experienced registered nurses in various
clinical areas of their interest.
Available positions are limited, so early application
is recommended. Students will work a 16 or 24-hour
week with flexibility for 8 or 12-hour shifts,
depending on the clinical experience selected. During summer break, Externs may work up to 40 hours per week.
Benefits include excellent pay and regular part-time
employee benefits.
Application deadline is March 15, 2007.

Nursing students who have completed fundamental
nursing courses
GPA 2.5
Current in basic life support for healthcare providers
