SportsMax: Sports Performance Program works
for Jackson's 'Most Outstanding Female Track Athlete'

Sports Performance Program For Recreational or Competitive Athletes of all Ages

Sprint runner Rachel Kahle believes in SportsMax, formerly known as Force Plus. This 15-year-old athlete, named Jackson High School’s Most Outstanding Female Track Athlete, says the unique SportsMax sports performance program offered by Southeast Missouri Hospital gave her the leading edge.

Athletes in all sports, ages 11 and older, can benefit from SportsMax. This five-week program is designed to enhance an athlete’s strengths and improve the areas that need to be further developed to excel in his or her competitive or recreational sport.
Because each sport requires different athletic abilities, SportsMax is individualized to each athlete, under the direction of Southeast’s fitness experts.

"SportsMax was a challenge," Rachel says, "but it was worth it. My endurance is better, my muscles are stronger, I’m a lot faster and I can run a lot longer."

“The program pushed me to my maximum capacity.

Now I’m getting the maximum benefits!”

-- Rachel Kahle,

Jackson High School sprint runner
