Walk 'n Be Fit

Southeast Missouri Hospital is happy to join West Park Mall in presenting “Walk ‘n Be Fit,” a free walking program for the community.

Walk ‘n Be Fit is an opportunity for walkers to get involved in:
• Monthly walking challenges with prizes
• A walking log for all participants
• Educational programs on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
• Coffee and snacks

When: The first and third Thursday of each month

What time: The 30-minute programs begin at 8:00 a.m.
(The Mall opens for walking at 7 a.m. Monday–Saturday, and at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.)

Where: In the Kids Bee Fit/Walk ‘n Be Fit room in the Steve and Barry wing of the
mall, near Pasta House and the Customer Service kiosk

“Sleep and the Aging Process"
Cindy Seyer, RRT, Southeast Missouri Hospital Respiratory Therapy

Learn how aging affects the quality and quantity of sleep.  What are normal sleep changes and when you should you be concerned.
