The Parent Adventure provides advice, help for new parents

Parenting can be an adventure

The parents of each baby born at Southeast Missouri Hospital receive "The Parent Adventure." The publication will answer many of your questions and provide lots of helpful tips. During your baby's first year, a copy of "The Parent Adventure" arrives at your home every other month, geared to your child's specific age of development. Other editions arrive when your baby is 18 and 24 months. You will receive eight locally-written editions in all.

This publication is a special gift to parents from Southeast Missouri Hospital and its Generation Health Information Center.
